All Sexual Medicine patients will be seen through the auspices of the Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation.  I am also available for Sexual Medicine educational and professional consults and as an expert witness.

All Sexual Medicine patients must be located in the State of California when the service occurs and appointments arranged through the Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation (415-600-4900).

Charles Moser, PhD, MD is sex educator, sex researcher, clinical sexologist, and sexual medicine physician, who practices in San Francisco, California and Valencia, Spain.  He has been a pioneer in creating the new medical specialty of Sexual Medicine – The Medical Aspects of Sexual Concerns and Sexual Aspects of Medical Concerns.

He received his PhD in Human Sexuality from the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco in 1979 and his MD from Hahnemann University (now known as Drexel University College of Medicine) in Philadelphia in 1991.  He is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California, who maintained a private psychotherapy practice specializing in the treatment of sexual concerns prior to his medical career.  He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Board Certified in HIV Medicine by the American Academy of HIV Medicine, and a Fellow of the European Committee of Sexual Medicine (FECSM).  Currently, Dr. Moser is President of the Diverse Sexualities Research and Education Institute (https://dsrei.org), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.  His private practice focuses on Internal Medicine and Sexual Medicine. He has authored, co-authored, or edited over 90 scientific papers or books.
